Project Description and Scope:
The State Group has been the resident Electrical Contractor at the Guelph Data Centre under an MSA since 2009. The relationship has developed from this to completing the Mechanical work on a major addition in 2011.
The State Group executed the fast‐tracked mechanical installation at the new Data Center, including the Chiller Plant, CRAH, Handling Units, Condensor Water System.
The State Group self‐performed in excess of 100,000 direct man‐hours without a lost time injury and assisted the owner in bringing this facility online on‐budget with an extremely challenging schedule.
Since then, The State Group’s services to this client have grown to include most of their Construction and Maintenance requirements.
