On December 11, 2018, The State Group donated much-needed tools to Habitat Hamilton. “As a contractor, we understand the importance of tools. It’s unfortunate that this theft occurred, however, we hope that our contribution will assist Habitat Hamilton’s Home Build Program” says Henry Hildebrandt, Hamilton Manager, The State Group. “We’re very grateful and appreciative of the support The State Group has provided through their recent donation of tools for our Home Build Program. The warehouse break-in back in October was a challenge we were able to overcome, thanks to an outpouring of community support from donors such as The State Group. It’s partnerships such as this one, that enables us to build strength, stability and self-reliance,” says Sean Ferris, Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity Hamilton. The approximate value of the tool donation is $23,000.
