The electrical scope included the installation of Power Distribution Equipment, Security, CCTV, Life Safety and Critical Systems Infrastructure.The mechanical scope involved the installation of Cooling/HVAC Equipment with associated piping and controls, as well as Diesel Fuel System.The State Group acted as the General Contractor in partnership with IBM Global Services, the Prime vendor contractor for the design, build and commissioning of this greenfield colocation data center.

The State Group managed and executed the development and equipment installation of the first phase of the data center, which included approximately 7,000 square feet of IT space.
