Engineer-Procure-Construct (EPC)

Our teams have experience in a range of common made-to-order (MTO) prefabricated items as well as custom engineered-to-order (ETO) products to meet the needs of specific projects.
Design Build
The State Group offers design-build solutions for complex projects providing owners with one-stop, design and contractor services. Our team takes on the role of General Contractor for the design, build and commissioning of a project. As a single-source service provider, we ensure that all facets of quality, schedule, cost, and safety are provided in a seamless manner from project inception through to final commissioning.

Health & Safety Management
There is no higher priority than safety. Here at The State Group, we provide a comprehensive safety program including: general orientation, job-specific training, toolbox talks, first aid training, and training on the use of PPE. All of our training is tracked on our unique and proprietary training management system. Our Training Tracker administers online training and provides date-stamped certification/confirmation of test results. It also tracks all health and safety training completed by the worker. To complement the Training Tracker, we have a mobile app that is used for on-site management of all personnel on a specific project – simplifying safety logging and tracking each individual’s training achievements.
