Project Description and Scope:
Town of Richmond Hill – Various locations
The State Group is contracted by the Town of Richmond Hill to provide electrical contractor services on‐call 24/7 as well as preventive maintenance services. The scope of work varies from small to large projects including the following:
- Lighting Retrofit at community centers
- Coordination/Arc Flash Study – Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts
- Lighting repairs – exterior wall packs, parking lot pole lighting, pool lighting, etc.
