Case Studies
Ford Motor Co. Waste Water Treatment Plant
The State Group was the Construction Manager and worked in conjunction with N.A. Water Systems (Veolia Water Systems Technology Company) to provide all of the services required to design, build, commission, and turnover a New Waste Water Treatment Facility for the Ford Oakville Assembly facility. Ford previously operated an existing treatment system on the Oakville Assembly Plant Powerhouse Parcel (OACPP) that provided removal of solids, oils, and heavy metals from process wastewater prior to discharge to the Regional Municipality of Halton.
Toyota Motor Mfg. Indiana Misc. Projects
The State Group has remained a resident Multi-trade contractor at the Princeton Facility since the plant`s construction in 1996 and provides on-going daily service.
DaimlerChrysler Belvidere Assembly Plant
The State Group`s responsibility on this project was to support ABB with their final installation of the Body Shop at Daimler-Chrysler Belvidere Assembly Plant. ABB installed 936 robots, material handling conveyors and body shop operations equipment. State completed ABB`s punch list items from Chrysler and supported ABB with commissioning of the entire Body Shop.
Ford Motor Co. Construction Commodity Management
The State Group has successfully implemented Construction Commodity Management programs at 3 Ford facilities - OAP, OTP, Bramalea NPDC and assisted in ISO 14001 Environmental Audit in Oakville.
Ford Bigfoot Project Heating & Ventilating
The State Group worked on a Heating and Ventilating Project better known as "Bigfoot". This project took place at Ford Oakville, Ontario Truck Plant and the Oakville Assembly Plant.
